Ingredients to make Besan ladoo

  • Besan( gramflour) 2 cups
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4-5 green cardamom
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 cup dry fruits chopped (optional)

How to make Besan ladoo

  1. Powder sugar with elaichi
  2. Heat ghee. Add flour and stir well. If the mixture is dry, add more ghee
  3. Roast until brown .
  4. Cool down little add powdered sugar and dryfruits.
  5. Take small portions and roll to balls. store in air tight container.
My Tip: Roast till golden brown for the perfect taste.
