ABOUT Bajra/Kambu Dosa with Pudina Mint Chutney RECIPE

A very Healthy replacement for the normal Dosa

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajra-1 small cup
  2. Idli rice- 1 cup
  3. Urad Dal- 3tbsp
  4. Methi seeds - 1 tbsp
  5. Water for soaking
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First, wash methi seeds, bajra, idli rice and urad dal thoroughly and soak them in a bowl for 3-4 hours
  2. Then grind them into a smooth batter
  3. Pour into a bowl
  4. Let the batter rest overnight (8 hours)
  5. Your batter is then ready to turn into lip smacking dosas
