  • Idli rice- 1 cup
  • Urad Dal- 3tbsp
  • Methi seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Water for soaking
  • Salt to taste

  1. First, wash methi seeds, bajra, idli rice and urad dal thoroughly and soak them in a bowl for 3-4 hours
  2. Then grind them into a smooth batter
  3. Pour into a bowl
