How to make Palak, Paneer, Methi Parantha

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a dough. Add water as per your requirement to make a soft dough.
  2. Cover for 10 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Pinch a medium sized ball from the dough, dust it with some dry flour.
  4. Make small round Roti, spread some ghee and fold it into a square.
  5. Dust some flour again and roll it into a square parantha.
  6. Cook this Prantha on hot tawa till both the sides are lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot Prantha with butter, pickle, Curd or curry of your choice.

My Tip:

I use homemade paneer and used its whey to knead the dough which makes it healthier for kids and for elders as well.
