Coconut Dosa

Ingredients to make Coconut Dosa

  • Dosa rice 1 cup
  • Urad dal(without skin)1 cup
  • Freshly grated coconut 2 cups

How to make Coconut Dosa

  1. Wash and soak rice and dal for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. After soaking take rice, dal and add grated coconut to it and grind it to a paste.
  3. Add water as per requirement. The batter should be of medium consistency.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to the batter and mix well
  5. Now heat a griddle and spread the batter on it in a circular manner
  6. When one side gets cooked flip it and let the other side cook.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of accompaniment.
