Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1 cup
  5. milk 1/2 cup
  6. 2 Eggs
  7. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  8. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  9. For Gulabjamun -
  10. Khoya 1 cup
  11. Maida 1/2 cup
  12. Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  13. Sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix Maida baking powder and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Take another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla essence
  3. Now mix both together
  4. Another bowl mix khoya, Maida and cinnamon powder and make a dough
  5. Pinch small balls and make gulabjamuns. Deep fry in oil to get a golden brown colour
  6. Add the jamuns to the sugar syrup
  7. Now take muffin moulds
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of muffin mix and then place 1 gulabjamun in the center and then cover the gulabjamun with muffin batter
  9. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C
  10. Remove from the muffin mould after 5 minutes. Serve when cold
