ABOUT Gheeye Ki Loanji RECIPE

Lauki is very healthy and usually kids don't like it. This is a delicious recipe and kids love it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lauki 1
  2. Sugar 200gm
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Mawa 100gm
  5. Nuts optional

Instructions

  1. Wash and Peel Lauki
  2. Grate lauki. Take it in a wok. Add sugar and cook on low flame stirring continuously
  3. The lauki will boil leaving its juice. Stir it after every 5 minutes and cook till the entire water gets absorbed
  4. Lauki will turn soft. Now add ghee and cook further  Add nuts, mawa to it and mix well. Stir it occasionally and cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add nuts of your choice and serve
