ABOUT Kesar Mawa Pudding RECIPE

Kesar mawa pudding is quick to make dessert which has mawa cake at the bottom topped with creamy milk layer and soft gulab jamuns.It can be eaten hot or cold.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 ml fresh cream
  2. 100 ml condensed milk
  3. 3 tbsp saffron milk
  4. 10 gulab jamun
  5. mawa cake slice
  6. pistachio crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix together fresh cream , condensed milk and saffron soaked milk well.
  2. Cut the gulab jamun into half
  3. In a glass bowl /mould keep the sliced mawa cake at the bottom then add cut jamun pieces ,pour the milk mixture Finally at the top add jamun
  4. Bake at 180° C for 15 mins until bubbly
  5. Then garnish with crushed pistachio at the top.
