  13. 1 liter full fat milk reduce to half
  14. 1cup mix chop dry fruits
  15. Few rose patels to granish
  16. 1cup sugar syurp
  17. 1/2cup greated fresh coconut

  1. Take jar add tender coconut cream an pineapple an make fine pure an keep aside Take a blow add besan an pure an mix it well an make smooth bater ready to make boondi Take pan add ghee an fry boondi till light pink in colour an soak in sugar syrup Than take a pan add milk an reduce to half than add sugar an mix it well than add all 3 pwdrs (pinacolad milk an custurd ) an cook till thick like rabadi When its come to room temperature add chop pineapple greated fresh coconut chop nuts an kesar an mix it well Add pineapple essence (optional) Than add soak boondi in rabadi an mix it well an make chill Server chill grsnish with rose patels
