Ingredients to make Shahi Rabdi

  • 2 liters milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ilaichi powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped badam and pista

How to make Shahi Rabdi

  1. Boil the milk and reduce to 1/4 of the original quantity
  2. add sugar and mix well
  3. Add lemon juice. The milk will curdle a bit. Turn off the gas
  4. Add elaichi powder and nuts. Mix well.
