Ingredients to make Magash

  • Mota Besan - 4 cup
  • Ghee- 2 cups
  • Milk -1/2 spoon
  • Sugar (powdered) - 2 3/4 cup
  • Ilaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits

How to make Magash

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Now heat ghee in the pan.
  3. Add Besan in the ghee and let it roast until it changes color.
  4. Now add 2 spoon of milk and mix it well. Turn off the gas.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. When cold add sugar powder and ilaichi powder.
  7. Take a plate and take out all the mixture of Besan in the plate.
  8. Add dry fruits and cut in the desired shape
  9. Magash is ready to eat.
My Tip: Don't let the color of besan turn brown
