Ingredients to make Ras Malai

  • Store bought rasgulla 1 tin
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cardamom pods 5-6
  • Generous strands of Kesar

How to make Ras Malai

  1. Squeeze out all the syrup from all the rasgulla. Press them gently between your palms. Keep aside
  2. In a pan, heat the condensed Milk along with plain milk. Add cardamom powder and kesar. Now add the rasgulla.
  3. Let the rasgulla rest for 5 mins till they soak in all the flavour.
  4. Garnish with kesar strands and serve chilled.
My Tip: Add nuts or garnish with silver leaf to add a little more richness.
