ABOUT Ras Malai RECIPE

Soft spongy cheese balls dunked into rich creamy aromatic flavoured milk. This one is a quick recipe. And you have ras malai in under 30 minutes

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Store bought rasgulla 1 tin
  2. Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Cardamom pods 5-6
  5. Generous strands of Kesar

Instructions

  1. Squeeze out all the syrup from all the rasgulla. Press them gently between your palms. Keep aside
  2. In a pan, heat the condensed Milk along with plain milk. Add cardamom powder and kesar. Now add the rasgulla.
  3. Let the rasgulla rest for 5 mins till they soak in all the flavour.
  4. Garnish with kesar strands and serve chilled.
