Chilli Garlic Mint Paratha

Ingredients to make Chilli Garlic Mint Paratha

  • wheat flour - 2 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli - 10 to 12
  • garlic Cloves - 12
  • mint leaves - handful
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • salt - As required

How to make Chilli Garlic Mint Paratha

  1. In a bowl add 2 cups wheat flour, finely chopped Green Chili, garlic, 1 tbsp oil and salt.
  2. Knead the mixture with water to form a soft dough.
  3. Keep this aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Make a small size ball of dough and flatten it by pressing gently.
  5. Take the dough ball on the rolling board and sprinkle some flour evenly.
  6. Flatten the it now by Rolling pin and Sprinkle it with wheat flour and spray some oil
  7. Fold it towards the end, and make pleats, roll it with rolling pin. now put some mint leaves on base and press tightly with the Rolling pin
  8. Roll it to a paratha now.
  9. Place the paratha on the hot tawa
  10. Spread some oil and Shallow fry it.
  11. Serve hot with curry or chutney.
