Ingredients to make Rice Phirni

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Rice 4 tbs
  • Cardamom 2-3
  • Dry fruits optional chopped 1 cup

How to make Rice Phirni

  1. Soak rice in water for 10 -15 minutes and grind to a fine paste
  2. Add cardamom to milk and boil.when it simmers add ground rice in milk and boil on low heat.keep on stirring .
  3. When sugar is cooked and phirni become thick .garnish with dry fruits.
  4. Refrigerate it and enjoy chilled phirni.
