Ingredient : For batter
Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Water 1/2cup& more if required
salt 1/4 tsp
olive oil 2tsp
Flour, Whole wheat 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
For Filling
Plain yogurt 1 cup
Cherry & strawberry 1/2 cup
For Frosting
Coconut Milk 1/2 Litre
Sugar 1/4 cup
Coconut extract 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together to make batter
Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto skillet & cook until both sides are browned & middle cooked through
