Ingredients to make Rice Kheer

  • 1 1/2 liter milk
  • 2 tbsp soaked rice
  • 1 cup (can be adjusted)
  • 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
  • 1/4 cup badam and pistachio flakes

How to make Rice Kheer

  1. In a deep pan add milk and boil
  2. Ater ten minutes of boiling add soaked rice
  3. boiling should be done till rice is cooked
  4. add sugar,cardmom powder
  5. Add badam and pistachio flakes
  6. Boil for five minutes
  7. serve it hot or chilled

My Tip:

Adding condensed milk makes kheer tastier but its optional. If adding, add 2 tablespoons while the milk is boiling
