ABOUT Ragi flour Oats Ladoo RECIPE

Ragi flour is rich in calcium, iron and other minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 1/4 cup Ragi flour ( sprouted or store bought)
  2. 2 cups Oats
  3. 2 tsp Ghee(for roasting flour)
  4. 2 tsp Jaggery powder
  5. Honey to make balls
  6. 1/4 cup Sesame seeds powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the oats in a pan for 5 mins and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add ghee and roast the ragi flour on low flame in a pan until nice aroma comes.
  3. Add oats to a mixie jar and make powder.
  4. In a bowl add flours and mix well. Add honey and mix well. Make balls.
  5. If you are using sesame seeds powder, add it to flours.
