Garlic Potato Wedges

Ingredients to make Garlic Potato Wedges

  • 4 potatoes
  • For Marination -
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1/3 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/3 tsp kasoori methi
  • 4 tsp hung curd
  • 1/2 tsp deggi mirch (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic crushed
  • Salt to taste

How to make Garlic Potato Wedges

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Boil water, add some salt and put the wedges in water. Boil it for 3-4 min. Then strain and cool them.
  2. Take a bowl. Mix all the ingredients for marination and add wedges and mix well.
  3. Grease the baking tray with little oil. Arrange the wedges evenly in the tray.
  4. Bake the wedges for 20-25 min at 180 degrees C.
  5. Serve
