Ingredients to make Stuffed Gobhi Parantha (Two Way)

  • atta 1 cup
  • Water to knead aatta
  • cauliflower 1 small grated
  • onion 1 small chopped
  • green chilly 1 chopped
  • ginger 1 small piece grated
  • Green coriander a few
  • jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Dry coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • anardana powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder to taste
  • jeera powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil or butter or desi ghee

How to make Stuffed Gobhi Parantha (Two Way)

  1. Knead atta with water and keep dough aside
  2. Chop onion ginger chilly green coriander.
  3. Grate ghobhi (cauliflower) and mix all the spices and all ingredients
  4. Heat tawa. Take dough. Divide in equal balls(pedas)
  5. Take one ball fill with a small amount of filling. Roll it
  6. Or you can take 2 balls also
  7. Put some stuffing on one peda
  8. Keep other peda on top
  9. Press with fingers and make paranthas
  10. Put in on hot tawa or pan
  11. Fry it with oil or make it without oil. After making pour butter or desi ghee on it according to your choice.
  12. Serve with curd or achar

My Tip:

If you feel stuffing is watery because ghobhi can leave his water after mixing with salt put some dry atta in it.
