Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated carrot 2 cups
  2. Milk 4 cups
  3. Grated beetroot 1 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup (you can adjust according to your taste)
  5. Clarified butter1 teaspoon
  6. Cardamom powder 1/6 teaspoon
  7. Dry fruits to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan add grated carrot , beetroot and milk.
  2. Boil it on low medium flame with occasional stirring
  3. After about half an hour all milk will evoparate n we will see a semi dry mass
  4. Now add clarified butter n mix well
  5. Add sugar n cook till sugar melts n mixes well
  6. Add cardamom powder
  7. Add chopped dry fruits
  8. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot or let it cool then refrigerate it and serve chilled... Choice is yours.
  9. It tastes awesome when serve hot.
