Badam Icecream

Ingredients to make Badam Icecream

  • Milk- 2 Cups
  • Cream- 1 cup
  • Milkmaid- 1 cup
  • Sugar- 1/4 th cup
  • Elachi- 3 ( powdered)
  • Almond powder- 3 tbsp( few chopped)
  • Almond essence

How to make Badam Icecream

  1. Whipp cream for 5 Mins
  2. In a thick bottom pan, boil milk for 15 mins.
  3. Now add almond powder, sugar, milkmaid, almond essence , chopped almonds ( for chunchy bites)and stir well till it reaches a thick consistency.
  4. Remove from flame and let it cool for 15 minutes
  5. Pour it into moulds or any metal pans and cover it with aluminium foil and chill it for 4 hours.
  6. Take out from freezer and give a quick mix and again keep in freezer for atleast 4 hours.
  7. Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve chilled
My Tip: If using milkmaid, check the sweetness and then add sugar.
