Elachi Malai Ladoo/Paneer Laddoo

Ingredients to make Elachi Malai Ladoo/Paneer Laddoo

  • 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 grams Paneer (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Sliced almonds (optional)

How to make Elachi Malai Ladoo/Paneer Laddoo

  1. Blend the grated paneer in a blender till its turns smooth.
  2. Now transfer the paneer into a heavy bottomed pan, add the sweetened condensed milk and cook in medium flame, stir constantly.
  3. Cook until the mixture turns thick and starts leaving the pan.
  4. Add the cardamom powder, mix well, remove the pan from the flame.
  5. Transfer to a plate, let it cool completely.
  6. Take a small portion from this mixture and shape into laddoos.
  7. Place a sliced almond on the top and serve.
