Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100g fresh grated coconut
  2. 200g cream
  3. 1/2 cup milk powder
  4. 1/2 cup Paneer paste
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 cup blueberry crush
  7. 1/4 tsp blueberry essence
  8. Few drops of blue food colour
  9. Caramel sauce & Almonds for garnish
  10. 1

Instructions

  1. 1. Put the milk and sugar into a casserole dish. Micro high for 2 mins. and melt the sugar.
  2. 2. Add the milk powder and paneer paste. Mix well, add the cream and coconut Micro high for 2 mins.
  3. 3. Mix the blueberry crush, essence and colour.
  4. 4. Micro high for 2 minutes more.
  5. 5. Stir well and again micro high for 1 min.
  6. 6. Take out of the oven and stand for 2 mins.
  7. 7. Pour the mixture into tray. Level it and lightly press. Allow it to cool.
  8. 8. Cut pieces to serve. Garnish with almonds and caramel sauce.
  9. 9 Place in the fridge till you are ready to serve.
