- 2 cups / 180 gm Ground Almonds
- 1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Rose water(optional)

How to make Badam Katli
My Tip:I used store bought ground almonds but one can always substitute it for whole almonds. Just soak 1 cup of them in enough water for 2 hours. Peel the skin and grind into a coarse paste(resembling semolina) using milk.
