Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. bread- 10 slices
  2. milk – 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar- 1 cup
  4. cardamom seeds 5-6
  5. Water- 2 Cups
  6. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of bread and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl add milk, dip the bread slices in milk and squeeze it and roll it all together into a dough form.
  3. Make small balls out of it and deep fry these balls.
  4. In a vessel add 2 cups of water and 1 cup sugar and cardamom seeds and boil it to thick consistency.
  5. Let it cool. Add the fried balls into it. You can cool it and serve.
