This particular sandwich is a hot favourite with my Children. I am happy to serve this, as chocolate lifts your mood & has goodness of fruits too. You can add fruits of your choice.

Choclate sandwich with fruits

Ingredients to make Choclate sandwich with fruits

  • Chocolate bar - 2 to 3 pieces (any brand)
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices - 2
  • Fruits of ur choice (I have used a banana)
  • Chocolate sauce for garnishing
  • Choclate squares for decoration
  • Chocolate sticks for decoration

How to make Choclate sandwich with fruits

  1. Micro on high, chocolate for a few seconds. Spread it on one slice (quantity of chocolate depends upon size of bread slice).
  2. If overloaded with chocolate then it will ooze out while toasting. Place chopped bananas over it. Cover with another slice.
  3. Preheat your sandwich maker. Apply some butter on lower slice and place onto the toaster. Apply some butter on top side slice and cover the lid of toaster.
  4. Once the indicator of toaster turns off. Remove. Cut into halves. Drizzle some chocolate sauce over it.
  5. To make chocolate squares: Micro on high the chocolate for about 30 seconds or till it is softened.
  6. On a butter paper draw shape of your choice round, square or star shaped. Freeze it. Remove after an hour. Take out the whole piece with the help of a knife.
  7. Garnish with sandwich with chocolate squares and chocolate sticks.
  8. Serve hot with milk or juice of your choice.

My Tip:

You can prepare chocolate squares in your fridge before hand, for garnishing.
