Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong daal 1 cup
  2. Suji 1 cup
  3. Sugar 4 cup
  4. Ghee 2 cups
  5. Dryfruits ( almonds cashew ) 1 cup
  6. Raisins 4 tablespoon
  7. Milk 1 cup full fat
  8. Water 1 cup
  9. Pistachios 1 tablespoon (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Take moong daal and soak it overnight
  2. Now make a paste of moong daal
  3. Now take a pan and add ghee and add moong dal paste and stir well
  4. Keep stirring on. Now add suji and roast it well till the ghee separates from the halwa
  5. Now on other hand take a pan and add milk sugar and water and boil it
  6. Now put this milk mixture into moong suji mixture and stir well
  7. Now add chopped pistachio cashew almonds and mix it
  8. Stir it till ghee separates from halwa
