Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For the dough -
  2. Maida- 1 cup
  3. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  4. Oil - 2 tsp
  5. Water
  6. For the Filling -
  7. Eggs - 2
  8. Chopped onion - 1
  9. Chopped green chillies - 1 Chopped
  10. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  11. Salt
  12. Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough using the maida, oil, salt and water. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Now whisk the eggs with the ingredients mentioned under "filling".
  3. Divide and roll the dough into very small poori like rounds. And roll them as thin as possible.
  4. Take one round, put a tsp of the egg mixture in the centre.
  5. Bring one side of the round onto the centre.
  6. Apply a little water to the end of it and bring another side onto it.
  7. Apply little water to the other ends, and bring them to the centre to seal.
  8. Now deep fry them in oil, on a medium heat so that the egg inside is cooked. Serve.
