Ingredients to make Dates and Dry fruit Coins

  • 3 handful of Dates ( washed cleaned & deseeded )
  • 1 handful Kaju
  • 1 handful - badam
  • 1 tbsp - lightly roasted poppy seeds/khuskhus
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp - Musk melon seeds
  • Few musk melon seeds for garnishing.

How to make Dates and Dry fruit Coins

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Grind it in to a coarse paste. Take out mixture on a plate.
  2. Make small sized balls. Flatten them (I used back side of the katori to press it) to give shape of a small coin.
  3. Garnish with musk melon seeds. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Ready to be consumed.
