ABOUT Dates and Dry fruit Coins RECIPE

Very healthy & nutritious receipe for active kids who are always on the go. It's full of goodness of dates & dryfruits. A must for kids who don't like to munch on dryfruits.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 handful of Dates ( washed cleaned & deseeded )
  2. 1 handful Kaju
  3. 1 handful - badam
  4. 1 tbsp - lightly roasted poppy seeds/khuskhus
  5. 1 tbsp - cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  6. 1 tbsp - ghee
  7. 1 tsp - Musk melon seeds
  8. Few musk melon seeds for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Grind it in to a coarse paste. Take out mixture on a plate.
  2. Make small sized balls. Flatten them (I used back side of the katori to press it) to give shape of a small coin.
  3. Garnish with musk melon seeds. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Ready to be consumed.
