Ingredients to make Peanut Burfi (Sing Paak)

  • Peanut 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Green cardamom powder 1tsp

How to make Peanut Burfi (Sing Paak)

  1. Heat a pan, dry roast peanuts for 4 -5 minutes in medium heat
  2. Cool and remove skin. Grind to a coarse powder
  3. Grease a plate or tray with ghee or oil and keep aside. Keep cardamom powder ready
  4. Cook sugar with three fourth cup of water to get a syrup of two -thread consistency
  5. Add ground peanut and cook till the mixture thickness. Stirring continuously
  6. Turn off gas. Add green cardamom powder and mix well
  7. Spread onto the greased plate or tray and smoothen the surface.
  8. When slightly cooled, cut into square and store
