Ingredients to make Badam Milk

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Elachi- 3 ( powdered)
  • Saffron- few strands
  • Amonds- 1 cup ( soaked in water for 1 hour )
  • Chopped almonds- 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder ( optional)- a pinch

How to make Badam Milk

  1. Boil milk and add sugar, soaked almonds paste, chopped almonds, Saffron soaked in warm milk, elachi powder
  2. Keep stirring till it thickens a little
  3. Switch off the stove and add cinnamon powder.( cinnamon is very good to use especially in winter season to avoid cold and cough).
  4. Now pour it into a bottle and keep in refrigerator till we are ready to serve
  5. Enjoy chilled badam milk
My Tip: We can use almond powder if we cannot wait for the almonds to get soaked.
