Ingredients to make Dairy Free, No Sugar Pistachio Kulfi

  • 2 tbsp - oatmeal
  • 2-3 tbsp- water (for soaking oats powder for 2 hours)
  • 2 tbsp- pistachio butter
  • 1-2 tsp- honey (or, according to taste)
  • 2 tbsp- fresh coconut
  • Pistachio or almond or walnut flakes 4 tbsp

How to make Dairy Free, No Sugar Pistachio Kulfi

  1. Grind oats to powder and mix with water for 2 hours.
  2. Whisk the wet oats mixture and mix with coconut, pistachio butter, and honey.
  3. Mix everything until the mixture looks combined well.
  4. Garnish with slivered nuts and pour into kulfi moulds.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours, unmould, and enjoy a yummy creamy frozen delight.

My Tip:
