Paneer Papad Bites

Ingredients to make Paneer Papad Bites

  • Paneer - 200 gms
  • Masala papad - 3 to 4
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 tbsp
  • Maida or cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Green chutney - according to your taste

How to make Paneer Papad Bites

  1. Take the papad and powder them in a mixer.
  2. Take the paneer & cut into small cubes & make slits on them
  3. Now take Schezwan chutney & apply chutney in the slits. You can put green chutney or pickle masala also.
  4. Now mix the maida in a little water & keep aside.
  5. Now dip the paneer pieces in maida & roll the paneer cubes on the powdered papad mixture.
  6. Keep in refrigerator for a few minutes.
  7. Then take oil in a kadai & deep fry them till nice & crisp from both sides.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice
