  • barley 1 cup (soaked)
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Regular sugar 2 tsp
  • Coconut sugar 2 tsp
  • Grated coconut 2 tsp
  • Chopped pecans 2 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  1. Take a deep pan add milk and soaked barely. Let it boil. Stir continuously.
  2. When barely is cooked, add coconut, sugar, chopped pecans and green cardamom powder. Stir continuously
