Noodles Samosa

Ingredients to make Noodles Samosa

  • Maida - 2 cup
  • Ghee or veg oil - 1 tbsp
  • Plain Noodles - 1/2 packet
  • Chopped onions - 1
  • Crushed garlic - 2 tsp
  • Chopped vegetables - 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • soya sauce
  • Tomato Sauce

How to make Noodles Samosa

  1. Boil noodles and drain. Wash with cold water. Rub oil with hand to avoid sticking.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Put crushed garlic and saute. Add chopped onions and chopped vegetables like carrot, Capsicums and cabbage. Add boiled noodles and fry on high flame for 3 minutes. Add soya sauce and Tomato sauce.
  3. Knead a soft Dough from Maida, oil and water.
  4. Make lemon size balls from dough.
  5. Roll out balls like chapati and cut from middle.
  6. Put fried noodles on rolled semi circle chapaties.
  7. Fold it in triangle shape.
  8. Close samose from side and triangle shape samose are ready.
  9. Fry all samose till crisp and golden in colour.
  10. Yummy noodles samose are ready.
