Oat meal bars

Ingredients to make Oat meal bars

  • 1/4 cup - brown sugar
  • 50 gms - butter
  • 3/4 cup - oats
  • 1/4 cup - cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup - dessicated coconut
  • 1/4 cup - nutella
  • 1/4 cup - chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon - peanut butter
  • Hazelnuts+walnuts+pistachious - 1/4 cup

How to make Oat meal bars

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add brown sugar, oats, cornflakes, desiccated coconut. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips along with Nutella and peanut butter on a double boiler.
  3. Line a loaf pan with a cling film.
  4. First add half of the oats mixture. Pour the chocolate mixture above this. Add the nuts. Finally the leftover oats mixture.
  5. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate.
  6. Once set, cut them into bars.
