Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Paneer 250 gm
  3. Sugar 100 gm
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Almonds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Grate the paneer and mash it .
  2. Turn on the flame and put the milk pot on it. Boil the milk on low flame till it is reduced to 1/3 of the original quantity. Keep stirring in between
  3. Remove the milk pan and put another pan on the flame . Increase the flame to high. Add the reduced milk into the pan. Keep stirring. Add sugar and cardamom powder, stir it. Once the sugar has dissolved, add grated paneer
  4. Reduce the flame to low and boil it for 5 mins. Keep stirring.
  5. Reduce the flame to low and boil for another 5 mins. Keep stirring. The mixture should not becomes too dry
  6. Grease the cake tin with ghee pour the mixture. Sprinkle little cardamom powder ,sprinkle chopped almonds allow it to cool down for 20 mins. Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to cool. Slice and serve
