Masala Schezwan Cheese Bun

Ingredients to make Masala Schezwan Cheese Bun

  • 2 - onions cut into rounds
  • 2 - tomatoes cut into rounds
  • 4 - burger buns
  • Butter as required
  • Processed cheese grated
  • Schezwan sauce as required
  • tomato sauce as required
  • Farsan as required
  • 1 tsp - Chaat masala powder
  • Lalmirch powder/ Red chili ppowder - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Masala Schezwan Cheese Bun

  1. Cut burger buns into halves. Apply butter. Keep aside. Take a non stick pan. Throw in some butter.
  2. Put round cut onions. Saute for few minutes. Add tomatoes cut into rounds. Saute. Put salt & lal mirch powder and chaat masala. Take out keep aside.
  3. In the same pan put buttered bun, halves. Fry both sides of bun. Remove from pan. Now assemble buns.
  4. Apply schezwan sauce on one side & tomato sauce on the other half. Arrange the sauteed onions and tomatoes. Put grated cheese.
  5. Put Farsan and keep other half side of bun. Seal it with a toothpick. Enjoy.
