Healthy Cornflakes Oats Laddu

Ingredients to make Healthy Cornflakes Oats Laddu

  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 6 to 7 sliced dates
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp Melted ghee or butter

How to make Healthy Cornflakes Oats Laddu

  1. Take a little ghee in a vessel and add corn flakes to it and lightly roast for 3 minutes
  2. Remove corn flakes and add oats to same vessel and lightly roast them
  3. Roast until the colour changes
  4. Blend both cornflakes and oats separately into a fine powder.
  5. Blend almonds and dates also. Add sugar and pulse again
  6. Take all powders and mix them properly.
  7. Now add hot melted ghee or butter to it and mix
  8. Grease your hands with ghee.Take small portion of it and make small balls
  9. Store in an airtight container.
My Tip: You can adjust sugar according to your sweetness. I used dates so I adjusted sugar according to it. -You can even add jaggery instead of sugar
