Ingredients to make Chane Without Onions And Garlic

  • 2 cups small size chane
  • 2 tsp jeera
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp oil

How to make Chane Without Onions And Garlic

  1. Pressure cook channe for 4 to 5 whistles.
  2. Take chole out of the pressure cooker
  3. Save water of boiled channe
  4. Take a kadai. Heat oil. Add jeera. When it crackles, add dhaniya powder .
  5. Once masala is done, put channe and add boiled water of channe and salt, Haldi and red Chilli. Mix them
  6. Cook on low heat for 20 -25 minutes. Once the gravy becomes thick, serve with poori or parantha.
