Peas Kachori

Ingredients to make Peas Kachori

  • Shelled Peas -1cup
  • Ggreen chilli-2-3
  • Garlic pods 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch hing
  • zeera-1 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
  • Wheat flour- 2 cups
  • Maida- 1/2cup
  • Oil -2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to make Peas Kachori

  1. Grind peas with chilli and garlic
  2. Mix dry masala in it
  3. Mix both flours. Add oil for moyan. Knead a soft dough
  4. Make small balls and roll on rolling board but not very thin. Put the stuffing in the center
  5. Gather all sides of chapati
  6. Now roll again
  7. Heat oil in wok and fry kachori on medium fire
  8. Serve with Aaloo subzi and raita
My Tip: Garlic is optional
