Ingredients to make Milk Powder Gulab Jamun

  • Milk powder 1cup
  • all purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • curd 1 tbsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • For sugar syrup
  • sugar 1cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Milk Powder Gulab Jamun

  1. Take a bowl add milk powder all purpose flour mix together
  2. Add curd, baking soda, cardamom powder
  3. Mix all and make a soft dough
  4. Add some milk if needed
  5. Make little balls from dough
  6. Deep fry the balls in ghee or oil
  7. For sugar syrup- take a pan add sugar water and cardamom powder and boil it
  8. Make chashni. When chashni cools then add hot gulab jamun in it for one hour.

My Tip:

Use ghee for deep fry the gulab jamun
