Ingredients to make Jibe goja
- 250 gms - Flour
- 2 tsp - ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Water for kneading
- Oil for deep frying.( ghee may also be used)
- 1 cup sugar and 1/2cup - water boiled together to make very thick syrup two string consistency.
