Yummy Veg Momos

Ingredients to make Yummy Veg Momos

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • For filling -
  • 1 small cabbage (shredded )
  • 1 capsicum (shredded )
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup soya granules
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

How to make Yummy Veg Momos

  1. Knead the soft dough using water. Leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. For filling -
  3. Take a pan add some oil. Now add garlic saute it. Add onion cook 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables, soya granules and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt, chilli powder,black pepper,all the sauces, ajinomoto, vinegar,sugar.cook the vegetables till dry.
  6. Now take a small portion of dough. Roll into thin small chapattis and add filling. Give the shape of gujiya or any other shape you want.
  7. Steam the momos on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with scwezwan sauce and mayo
