Ingredients to make Yummy veg momos

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • For Filling
  • 1 small cabbage (shredded )
  • 1 capsicum (shredded )
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup soya granules
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ajino moto
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

How to make Yummy veg momos

  1. Knead the soft dough using water. Leave it for 20 min.
  2. For filling
  3. Take a pan add some oil. Now add garlic saute it.add onion cook 3-4 min.
  4. Add vegetables, soya granules and mix well.cook for 5 min.
  5. Add salt, chilli powder,black pepper,all the sauces, ajinomoto, vinegar,sugar.cook the vegetables till dry.
  6. Now take a small portion of dough.roll into thin small chapattis and add filling .give the shape of gujiya or any other shape you want.
  7. Steam the memos on medium for 15-20 min.
  8. Serve hot with scwezwan sauce and mayo
