Ingredients to make Herbed mathri hearts

  • Maida....200 gm
  • Oil..,4 tsp
  • Ajwain....1 tsp
  • Salt....1 tsp
  • Dried rosemary....1/2 tsp
  • Dried basil...1 tsp
  • Dried oregano....1/4 tsp
  • Chilli flakes....1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

How to make Herbed mathri hearts

  1. 1) Take all ingredients except oil for frying. Knead a soft dough.
  2. 2) Roll out large thin roti.
  3. 3) Cut into heart shape with heart mould.
  4. 4) Take a large kadhai. Add oil. Put mathri in it and fry on medium heat.
  5. 5) Ready to serve these mathri hearts to your loved ones.
