Ingredients to make Boondi and boondi kheer
- 1 cup or 250 grams besan ( gram flour)
- Water as needed to make a thick flowing batter.
- For the sugar syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Cup water
- Oil for deep frying the boondi
- For making kheer
- 1 liter full cream milk boiled and reduced to half.
- Chopped dry fruits of your choice to garnish the kheer.
