Ingredients to make Paneer Rabadi Falooda

  • Milk 1 liter
  • milk 500 ml.for making paneer
  • Milk Maid 1 cup
  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Rose flavor sugar syrup 1 cup
  • Kesar flavor sugar syrup1 cup
  • Boiled vermicelli sev 1 cup
  • Chiya seeds ½ cup

How to make Paneer Rabadi Falooda

  1. In 1 liter milk add milk maid, milk powder and boil it
  2. Make paneer with 500 ml milk. And add it to boiled milk. And make Rabadi. Also add cardamom powder
  3. Allow it to cool down. Boil vermicelli sev and cool it and divide it in to 2 parts
  4. Now take 1st part and add it to rose syrup and another part into kesar syrup. Now do the same with chiya seeds.1st part in rose sugar syrup and 2nd part in kesar syrup
  5. For serving put ice in a glass. Now add rose syrup. Now add chiya seeds with rose flavor
  6. add vermicelli and rabadi above it
  7. Above kesar syrup. Now add chiya seeds with kesar flavor. Add vermicelli sev and above it add rabadi and garnish it with dry fruits optional
My Tip: I have use kesar and rose sugar syrup. You can use any flavour sugar syrup.
