Ingredients to make Cheesy Chilli

  • Fresh green big chilli 8 nos.
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cup grated process cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup blanched & chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp. Black paper powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste.
  • Cornstarch slurry
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 8 babycorn halves

How to make Cheesy Chilli

  1. 1. Take washed chilly and make slit in it and put 1 babycorn slice
  2. 2. Now mix all ingredients and stuff into chilly
  3. 3. Now stuffed chilly first deep in cornstarch slurry and then roll in bread crumbs
  4. 4. Then bake on 200 degree for 10 to 15 mins in OTG. Cut and serve hot.
