Ingredients to make palak-methi muthiya

  • whole wheatflour 2cups
  • 1cup fresh methi \/fenugreek leaves
  • 1cup
  • washed and chopped spinach\/palak
  • 2tsp green chili and ginger paste
  • salt to taste
  • eno 1sachet
  • malai 1tsp
  • Oil 1tsp
  • sugar optional 1tsp
  • shreded bottlegourd 1cup

How to make palak-methi muthiya

  1. In a big bowl take all ingredients
  2. make dough
  3. give shape of muthiya
  4. now steam it for 15-20 minutes
  5. in other pan add 1tsp oil
  6. as it becomes warm add mustard seeds
  7. add sesame seeds
  8. now add muthiya to it
  9. mix properly and garnish
  10. with corriander leaves
  11. serve with kadhi ,chutney or ketchup
My Tip: To retain green color of leaves add sugar and steam for just 20 minutes
