Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati Rice (steam) 300 gms
  2. Kalamata Olives 6 nos
  3. Chopped Onions 1
  4. Diced Carrots 8 gms
  5. Diced Babycorn 8 gms
  6. Diced Capsicum 8 gms
  7. Chopped Scallion 10 gms
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Vegetarian Stock Powder 3 gms
  10. Sesame Oil 5 tea spoons
  11. pepper powder 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Steam the basmati rice. Remove the pits from the olive and finely mince them Keep aside.
  2. Blanch diced carrots and baby corn in hot water .Heat the wok and sautee onion and scallion with 2 tea spoon of cooking oil.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to this and stir fry on high. Tip in the rice and the olives. cook for an additional 30 seconds and serve immediately.
